2026 Stuff the Bus

Join Us for the 18th Annual Stuff the Bus Day of Action! 
Support local elementary students by volunteering at our 2-day school supply collection drive! 

Event Details: 
Location: Nissan Stadium, Lot H 
Dates: Tuesday, July 14th & Wednesday, July 15th 

Day 1 – July 14th: Supply Drop-off & Collection 
Shift: 9AM – 12:30PM (Check-in: 8:30AM – 9AM) 
Help unload, organize supplies, and prep for packing 15,000 backpacks. 

Day 2 – July 15th: Backpack Packing 
Shift: 9AM – 12:30PM (Check-in: 8:30AM – 9AM) 
Pack and box 15,000 backpacks for delivery across nine counties! 

LAST DAY TO REGISTER TO VOLUNTEER – JULY 6th! 

Important Info: 

• What to Wear: Closed-toed shoes are a must and wear comfortable clothes!
• Physical Requirements: Be prepared to walk several miles in total and lift 25-50lbs. 
• Age Requirement: Volunteers aged 14+ with adult supervision. 16+ can volunteer independently. 
• Parking: Free onsite parking; carpooling encouraged. 
• Weather: The event will go on rain or shine – please dress accordingly! 
• Clear Bag Policy: We encourage you to leave your belongings in your car, but if you need to bring anything with you, you must adhere to the stadium clear bag policy. 
• Registration: Sign up with your work email to be grouped together with your colleagues. 
• Food/Beverage: Light Snacks and Bottled Water will be provided. 

After signing up, you’ll receive a confirmation email from HandsOn with a QR code for check-in—please keep it handy! 

You will need this QR code to check in on the day of the event.
