Festival Volunteers for Art Tent
North Nashville Arts Coalition is excited to return to the Cherry Blossom Festival this year! We will have our art tents set up and we're looking for volunteers to assist with our artists, creative activities, and community engagement. No art experience needed—just a love for the arts and community spirit!
Volunteer Tasks
• Load-In – Unload supplies, set up tents/materials
• Set-Up – Arrange stations, stock supplies, prep seating
• During Tent Hours – Float between stations, assist attendees/facilitators, tidy areas
• Take Down – Pack up tents, supplies, and materials
What to Bring
• Comfortable shoes (you’ll be standing/moving)
• Weather-appropriate clothing (hat, jacket, poncho)
• Reusable water bottle
• Positive energy and a welcoming smile!
