Help us welcome contestants and kick off the competition smoothly!
Responsibilities include:
• Set up registration table and materials
• Check in contestants upon arrival
• Distribute contestant numbers, schedules, and instructions
• Answer basic questions and direct participants to staging areas
• Maintain an organized and professional check-in process
This role is ideal for friendly, organized volunteers who enjoy interacting with people and creating a positive first impression.
