Disaster Relief Support & Warehouse Assistance #winterstorm26
The Community Resource Center has activated emergency response operations in partnership with the Nashville–Davidson County Office of Emergency Management following the recent ice storm.
We are seeking volunteers to support our disaster relief efforts. We are seeking volunteers to help prepare special household hygiene kits at our warehouse that will be distributed at local Disaster Assistance Centers (DACs) throughout the Nashville area. The Nashville Office of Emergency Management (OEM), in coordination with the Mayor’s Office and Metro partners, have just opened two Disaster Assistance Centers to provide in-person support for residents impacted by Winter Storm Fern. These centers will connect community members with local resources, recovery guidance, and critical information as response efforts transition into recovery.
