Way Late Play Date!
Join Adventure Science Center at one of its popular 21+ events, the Way Late Play Date! This Way Late Play Date will celebrate Adventure Science Center's 80th Anniversary through the theme: RETROSpective Rewind.
Way Late Play Date: RETROspective Rewind is your chance to celebrate 80 years of discovery with a throwback twist! Guests will journey through eight decades of scientific milestones, exploring how innovation and creativity have shaped our world. From DNA discovery to gaming breakthroughs, each station will highlight the fun and fascinating science of its time. By the end of the night, guests will walk away with a greater appreciation of just how far we’ve come — and maybe a few retro-inspired factoids to share.
Volunteers will help bring the evening to life by facilitating activities, welcoming guests, and assisting with the Innovation Incubator Maker Space. Stations will include Strawberry DNA Extraction, Gaming Wii, Relativity demonstration, Tech Dissection in the Makerspace, and more!
This event is only for volunteers 21+
