Pack Promotional Items for Tennessee Students
OUR MISSION
Homework Hotline’s mission is to remove barriers to high-quality after-school academic support by connecting students with caring, certified educators.
Homework Hotline helps students in grades K-12 learn, understand, and complete challenging assignments, and master new concepts through free one-on-one tutoring by phone and digital learning platform.
YOUR PROJECT
Help Homework Hotline pack binder inserts and multiplication flashcards to be delivered to partner school districts across the state! Hotline partners with 45+ school districts across Tennessee, and sends promotional items for distribution to their students. We receive them in bulk from the printer, and they need to be portioned out for over 950 individual schools! We have all the packing materials and assembly-line like instructions.
This work makes a direct impact on students who need extra academic support by providing them with important information about Homework Hotline. Helping us pack these items early ensures families are aware of Hotline’s free services right at the start of the new school year.
Some lifting involved, but no more than 25 pounds. We will provide snacks and waters. A follow up email with exact entry directions will be sent prior to your session.
Location: Directions on how to get into the building for Hotline's offices will be emailed before your shift. Hotline is located in a Metro Nashville Public Schools building and is following their safety guidelines. If you can only do a portion of the hours listed, please let me know! We can still use your help and are happy to have you! In addition, if you'd like to propose a different time, please reach out.
