Move! Music City Fun Run Volunteer
We’re excited to host our Third Annual Spring Fun Run – a celebration of movement, perseverance, and fun for our amazing 1500 MNPS students! To make this event a success, we need YOU to join us in creating a safe, energetic, and joyful experience for all our runners. Volunteers should wear gym shoes, comfy or workout clothes that are BLACK! Volunteers will be identified by being dressed in black clothing.
Volunteer Roles Available:
Set Up / Traffic Control
Assist with event setup by carrying supplies, marking the race course, and more. During the run, you'll help keep high-traffic areas safe by directing cars away from running zones.
Water Station Crew
Keep our racers hydrated! Help set up the water table and pass out water to students as they run by.
Running Buddy
Love to run or cheer kids on? Join a K–4th grade class and run alongside them. Encourage students who may need a little extra motivation to reach the finish line!
Giveaway Station Staff
Help distribute t-shirts, water bottles, and healthy snacks. Volunteers will keep giveaway stations organized and running smoothly.
Cheer Squad
Bring your energy and enthusiasm! Our young runners will love hearing cheers and claps as they work hard to complete their mile.
Youth Education & Schools
Age Minimum (with Adult): 12+, Minimum Age:16+
