MCHRA Long Term Care Ombudsman Program
http://www.mchra.comFounded in 1974, the Mid-Cumberland Human Resource Agency (MCHRA) is an independent, non-profit organization committed to helping individuals and communities become more self-sufficient. MCHRA provides services that work toward improving the health, well-being, and economic opportunities of people needing critical support or of those who may have an immediate need. The Long-Term Care Ombudsman program assists elderly residents and prospective residents of nursing homes, assisted living and residential homes. The program serves 12,000 Middle Tennessee seniors in 190 long-term care facilities located in 13 counties.
