Created in 1891 by Miss Fannie Battle, the Fannie Battle Day Home for Children is the oldest child care center in Middle Tennessee. Our mission is to continue the tradition established by our founder: to provide affordable, high-quality child care for at-risk children in a nurturing environment, while empowering families to reach their potential.
