Pearltown Properties needs help from a professional architect, or architectural firm.
Pearltown is working to open a non-profit child care facility in Hickman County. They have an 8,000sf building but need architectural drawing before they can proceed.
Hickman County currently only has two active day care centers. There are not adequate spaces and there is no non-profit facility. Having a non-profit facility will provide more affordable childcare for lower income families.
