Enrich Lives Through Your Talents

The Arc Davidson County & Greater Nashville is a proud service provider for the MAPs Program (Medicaid Alternative Pathways). MAPs is designed to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in building skills that empower them to work, live independently, engage in their communities, and explore meaningful interests and hobbies.

We are currently seeking volunteers who are passionate about sharing their skills and talents with our members. Whether you have experience in cooking, safety, art, music, dance, health and wellness—or any other engaging activity—we would love to connect with you. The possibilities are limitless. Volunteers will have the flexibility to coordinate dates based on their availability.

While we encourage volunteers to bring any necessary supplies, we are happy to assist in identifying an appropriate space for hosting sessions and can provide an estimate of the number of participants in advance. Additionally, we are open to helping with the purchase of supplies, depending on the size of the group. If you're interested in making a meaningful impact and sharing your time and talents, we welcome the opportunity to speak with you
