Digital Inclusion Outreach Assistant - Workforce Essentials/American Job Center


Do you enjoy working with technology? Are you passionate about empowering others to learn and grow? Join Nashville Public Library’s Digital Inclusion Outreach Program as a volunteer!

We’re seeking dedicated individuals to assist adults in introductory computer classes held at off-site locations. As a volunteer, you’ll work alongside a staff member to teach essential digital skills, such as:

  • Navigating a computer with a mouse and keyboard
  • Connecting to Wi-Fi
  • Performing basic online tasks

These classes primarily serve seniors in small groups of 5-10 students. Patience, kindness, and a passion for teaching are a must!
