54th Annual Spring Fair
Tennessee Craft needs volunteers on various days and times for their 53rd Annual Spring Fair, May 2, 3 & 4 of 2025.
Volunteers are needed for the following teams:
- Breakfast Team
- Artist Ambassadors
- Artist Support Team (Load-In volunteers)
- Load-Out Team, to best support our exhibiting artists
Volunteers will also help by providing:
- General help getting supplies
- Information and materials to artists and visitors
- Breakfast prep and distribution of breakfast to artist
- Booth-sitting for artists breaks
- Park Clean-up
Snacks included and each volunteer receives a t-shirt and invitation to the Volunteer Appreciation Party in confirm the date.
If you are participating in this project for court ordered service hours. Please sign up and immediately reach out to the volunteer coordinator, Pam for next steps. You will be required to pass a background check from Tennessee Craft Source.
What to Wear – T-Shirts for Volunteers will be provided – loose fitting, easy to move – in comfortable clothes, which will not be too hot if the weather is unpredictable, hat/sunglasses, poncho for rain, durable shoes for lots of walking. More information on clothing will be provided once Volunteers have been assigned.
