Diaper Bank Sorting and Packaging
Nashville Diaper Connection invites volunteers to be part of a meaningful effort to support the health and dignity of families in our community. Our mission is to ensure that every baby in Nashville has reliable access to clean, dry diapers—an essential need that directly impacts a child’s comfort, health, and ability to thrive. Through our diaper bank, we partner with local agencies to provide emergency and supplemental diaper supplies to infants and toddlers experiencing diaper need.
Volunteers play a critical role in helping us serve families efficiently and with care. During your shift, you may assist with a variety of hands-on tasks, including:
-
Counting and sorting donated diapers
-
Wrapping diapers into ready-to-distribute bundles
-
Packaging diaper supplies for families and partner organizations
-
Labeling and organizing orders to support timely distribution
-
Supporting general warehouse operations and special projects as needed
For everyone’s safety, closed-toe shoes are required, and comfortable clothing is recommended. All volunteer activities take place indoors in a clean, organized environment, allowing you to focus on contributing to a positive impact in our community.
