Dismas House Forgiveness Gala
To commemorate Dismas House’s 50th anniversary this year, our signature annual event, traditionally held as a luncheon, will be transformed into an elegant evening gala. Held at the Renaissance Nashville Hotel, guests will enjoy an evening of celebration while raising vital funds to support Dismas House’s mission and holistic reentry services.
Time Slots:
- Entire Event: 5 pm - 10:30 pm (If you can stay for the entire event, we'd love to have you!)
- Spotters: 5 pm - 9 pm
- Registration/Check-In: 5 pm – 8 pm
- Check-Out: 8 pm – 10:30 pm
Spotters:
- Will assist the auctioneer in identifying bidders during the live auction and donations during the giving portion of the program.
Check-in guests:
- Will receive a short orientation before the start of registration
- Assign paddle numbers and record in the system at check-in
- Help direct guests to the ballroom
Check out guests:
- Help enter bids into the system
- Review invoices & check out guests
Volunteer Dress Code: All black (dress shirt/blouse and slacks/skirt, or dress)
